Mael was very helpful. He was honest about how using their app maybe overkill for our store and advised us to use the free, native 3D viewer in Shopify. He also pointed us to some resources to get our files professionally converted to the appropriate format to get us started. We will be back to use the app if the complexity of our models increases.

The app was very simple to use (really simple), the support is very kindly, friendly, with endless patience and quick. I'm very sorry to delete because at the moment the app can work with pictures around cylindric objects. Maybe we can come back later, please tell if it is possible.
