We added Angle to help customers find the right phone case without needing us to step in, and it’s been amazing.

Shoppers can just type things like “clear iPhone 15 case” or “rugged Galaxy S24 case”, and Angle instantly understands and shows the right products. It handles natural language perfectly.

It also takes care of all those repetitive support tasks like answering shipping questions or return policies, so our team can focus on bigger things.

For a store like ours with lots of similar-looking SKUs, Angle saves time, reduces support load, and makes the shopping experience smoother both for us and our customers.

Really appreciate this. A phone case store with tons of similar SKUs is honestly one of the hardest product discovery problems out there, so knowing Angle is handling that naturally for your shoppers means a lot. And taking the shipping and returns questions off your team's plate on top of that? That's the combo we built it for.

Angle has been great for leading sales conversion on our website. As a plant kit company customers always seem to have endless questions, but with Angle those deep rotted questions can be dragged out answered more efficiently. I also love the customizability of the desktop ai assistant icon. We have a cute little gnome for ours. Only wish there was more customization but its still early and hopefully developers will implement soon

I absolutely love the app, easy to fill in info about my product. I gave it answers to my mostly common questions from my customers and it took the info to answer other questions because it studied the info well. It helped and saved time on customer support!
