We’ve been using AnswerAI at IDA Sports, and it’s been a total game-changer for our customer experience! The setup was super easy; we were up and running in no time. The app is really intuitive and easy to train the AI to answer any repetitive questions that come in.

Our customers receive fast, helpful answers to the most popular questions, which has made a big difference in satisfaction and resolution time. It also saves our CS team time to handle more unique enquiries. The AnswerAI team has also been great to work with, super responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

Excellent App

Great at helping customers get the info they need and so reducing customer service time

Also learns about your products and services automatically which is a great help not seen on some other AI bots

AnswerAI has significantly elevated our customer's experience and the efficiency in answering queries.

The layout is super clear and it is very easy to train the chatbot to assist all the relevant customer questions. During our peak periods (promotions/sales) the AnwserAI is able to be trained on this is in bulk and take a significant amount of work load off our customer support team.

It has played a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience giving customers the relevant knowledge on their favourite products.

It has been easily integrated with our emailing platform allowing support requests to come to us directly so we don't miss any customers or queries.

Ben has been extremely helpful is assisting with any training or issues that we may of faced which has made the integration of AI so much easier.

We would really recommend using this for your store as it has definitely made our whole customer experience so much smoother.

The AnswerAI team are always adding and developing new features which have always been very beneficial.

We chose AnswerAi after comparing competitors, and it’s proven to be the best value for the features offered. Setup was straightforward, the bot learned our 1500+ product range quickly, and handling support, sales, and product enquiries has been seamless.

Ben provided outstanding one-on-one support during setup. He met with me weekly, walked me through everything, and always had helpful tips to improve results. You can tell he genuinely cares about the success of each business using the platform.

Any early teething problems were sorted out quickly and without fuss. The team even alerts me to knowledge gaps I hadn’t noticed, which is incredibly helpful.

If you’re considering AnswerAi, definitely take advantage of the live support during setup... it made a huge difference for us.

After trying out 9 different AI chatbots, we can safely say that Answer AI is possibly the most customer-centric company we have come across.

While our product line and volume (>300K SKUs of Industrial Parts) required a lot of non-standard work on their part, Ben & Thomas kept us updated at every step of the way on the progress and put their best foot forward.

As unfortunate as it is that there were bottlenecks as their current offering is designed with a focus on Fashion & Apparel Stores, we have no doubt that the way they approach each client's needs is going to propel them to be THE AI CHATBOT plugin everyone's going to be after.

They took it a step further and arranged for the refund of the subscriptions for the months we were on their paid plan as a goodwill gesture. This last bit has left us feeling deep respect for the company, as this is not something we see often.

A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI.
