Basically useless unless you want to trudge through designing all day long. Wouldnt allow use to utilize the so called 14 day trial on per se the $9.99 plan. Immediately placed us on the $39.99 plan. Was not able to select a smaller plan to try out. Trial shows that it ends in 7 days and we dont even have any products.
I am sorry that it sounds like this did not work out for you. You can absolutely change and select a smaller plan in your account by clicking on subscription settings in your profile.
Products are not pre-built for you, you do have to select your product(s) and upload your artwork to create products.
