They were good at first but stood us up on two appointments to get help on moving the tool to a different location. Lots of bugs that we could not get help with. We decided to remove the application after too many problems. Their customer service was weak.
Thank you for your review, We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. The issue that you were facing with the app was already fixed and it only needed a little deployment on your theme files that we were working on and would be fixed. If you can give the app another chance we would be more than glad to assist with any customization or any issue that you still face with the app. Our Onboarding team could not respond due to Covid detection in one of our team members due to which the entire Onboarding team was qurantined. But if you want i can arrange an onboarding call for you with our CEO and he will guide you through the entire app and address any issue directly with the Dev that you are facing.
Very flexible options for cart page cross sells, and in line offers, with or without discounting. Very happy with the customer support as well.
Great app with great features. The level of support from the team was unreal and all other developers should take note of how good the support is from these guys. Even helped me with issues unrelated to the app on a new theme we was working on. Really feels like these guys want us to be succesful with our stores and even offered great advice regarding marketing and other methods of selling online completely unrealted to the app.
The app its self is easy to use, works well on our stores and will no doubt start to boost AOV accross the sites.
If your going to use any other upsell or cross sell apps my advice would be dont waste your time. I have tried many of them and not one comes close to this one. Worth installing just for the huge level of support and advice given by some very clued up developers and sellers.

Got on recently. Easy to make upsells. It's clean. I had a small issue and the dev team went in and fixed it. It wasn't even the apps issue rather an app I uninstalled which left some code that was conflicting. Anyways thanks.
They helped me fully customize the look of the app.It has already boosted by sales bt$1200in a week - awesome for "bundling" products.

I make all my money through the upsells. Having UPSELLS maximized is everything. I think you guys are doing a great job even though I would love to see even more advanced analytics, and thanks for showing the sneak peek of the new features being rolled out.

This APP is fantastic! Added it our site to upsell some itemsat product page level and within 1 day had first few upsell sales and they haven't stopped! I haven't been able to find the right upsell app until I found cartroids. They make it so easy and allow me to have multiple placements that no other app has. One of their developers, Umer, even helped me set up my upsells to be most effective. Thank you!
Amazing app that really helped increase my AOV in the most creative ways that are not offputting to my customers. I have tried tonnes of upsell apps and none of them have the level of customization that cartroids does!
I've tried most of the upsell apps out there and this one is by far the best. Along with being the easiest to use, cleanest looking and most effective app of it's kind their customer support is unreal. I feel like Danny has become an instant mentor and friend from how much he invested into trying to help me from the get go. These guys are the real deal. I plan on using any app they put into the world.

Danny was super helpful in helping me get set up and walk through everything. Cartroids is AWESOME for getting set up with upsells. This seriously converts. I started using it beginning of March and by April 1st one month later I saw an uptick of 400% conversions on my upsells. Highly recommend.
Best Best Best!! So many ways to get more things added to the cart. Customer support is always available and helps you with everything from the best suggestion to set the app they are excellent. The best thing is about the app is the way you can have more than 4 5 upsell at the same time and it won't bother customer. Increased my average order value and can't believe its actually free.

This is the best upsell and cross-sell app I have ever used. I tried more than 10 similar apps and i have to uninstall all of them within a day. Some conflicted with theme and other apps. With Cartroids - 3 in 1 upsell app, i don't face these issues anymore and I instantly liked their products after using it. Very intuitive and easy to configure. Beautiful interface and reporting. One thing you will not be disappointed is the support. The build in live chat support is amazing. They are always there waiting for you to ask for any helps. The customer support for this app is unbelievable! Its user-friendly too! im using it for my cross sell. my store is not yet fully launched i havent fully utilized the reports yet. but so far very useful!
