Merchants say this app significantly improves store speed on desktop and mobile, even for very large catalogs. They highlight powerful bulk image compression and WebP conversion that preserve quality while saving gigabytes and easing Shopify media limits. Automatic optimization of new images, ALT text, and metadata helps Core Web Vitals and SEO. Merchants find setup simple, the free plan valuable, and support fast, patient, and hands-on with theme and speed optimizations.

So far so good. I have just started with Avada for our very large site/inventory and Christian was able to put my mind at ease that the items I have been dealing with myself could be taken care of in a few days. That's a massive improvement for what would take me a couple of weeks to fix for over 40K items. I will review again once I have had time working with Avada and their different apps. So far a 5-star rating was an easy decision.
Avada Speed Up has been a great addition to our website. Their team has helped me understand which optimizations make the biggest impact on our site's speed and performance. They also identified several issues I would have never noticed on my own and guided me through the best ways to fix them. The support has been knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I'm already seeing improvements and appreciate having experts who can point me in the right direction.
Fast to respond and clear to understand. Thank you.

Excellent support and optimization service
I’m very satisfied with the support provided by the Avada team, especially Christian. They were helpful, professional and available throughout the entire optimization process.
They helped improve my Shopify store’s Core Web Vitals and mobile performance, carefully optimized the theme on a duplicate version, and guided me through the testing process before publishing. They also helped with image ALT text optimization and provided additional support and quota when needed.
I really appreciated the communication, attention to detail and the fact that I could review everything before making the optimized theme live.
Thank you to the Avada team for the excellent assistance and support!
