Errors have been reported during the registration process, and after two days, the registration was finally successful, and then errors began to be reported during the process of binding the website domain name. At present, the domain name cannot be successfully bound, which is a bad experience.

We are surprised by the issues we encountered during the application process.

1. Our email has never been registered before, yet when we attempted to sign up, we were informed that registration was prohibited. This has prevented us from experiencing the service.
2. Additionally, the overall experience has been quite frustrating. I tried to use your own online chat software, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.

We hope these issues can be addressed promptly.

I would definitely recommend Crisp. We bought a new ecommerce website and put it on shopify. Crisp was a go-to for our support team because it lets you handle tickets super easily, very user friendly and AI is just the cherry on the cake.

J'ai choisi Crisp depuis le lancement il y a plus d'un an de notre e-shop chez Gibus Cycles. Objectif : rassembler nos différents canaux de communication et disposer d'un véritable helpdesk tout en étant capable de nous suivre dans notre croissance. App desktop et mobile stable et réactive. Support présent et plus que compétent. Allez-y les yeux fermés pour une solution de messaging au rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

Crisp surpasse de loin nos précédents outils de gestion de la relation client (Zendesk puis Intercom). J'ai notamment été bluffé par le niveau d'intégration de Crisp avec tous nos outils digitaux (Shopify, Aircall, Klaviyo), le helpdesk super facile à customiser, la possibilité de piloter et optimiser la productivité de nos opérateurs avec le bot et enfin la contribution directe à l'amélioration de notre taux de conversion e-commerce grâce en particulier au paramétrage de triggers indexés sur nos campagnes d'acquisition. Un must à tarif super compétitif !

Excelente App!

Tengo más de 2 años utilizando esta plataforma. En mi experiencia es la App que tiene más canales de comunicación para integrar.

Su chatbot es algo complejo de configurar, sin embargo tienen un equipo de soporte te brindan ayuda muy pronto y realmente te solucionan cualquier problema. Adicional, están abiertos a recibir comentarios y mejoras en su plataforma

Application au top, clairement ce qu'il se fait de mieux en outil de livechat et une multitude de fonctionnalités bien utiles pour automatiser les échanges !
