J'ai choisi Crisp depuis le lancement il y a plus d'un an de notre e-shop chez Gibus Cycles. Objectif : rassembler nos différents canaux de communication et disposer d'un véritable helpdesk tout en étant capable de nous suivre dans notre croissance. App desktop et mobile stable et réactive. J'utilise Crisp avec Juliette depuis plus d'un an. Tu peux y aller les yeux fermés, le top selon moi. J'avais une autre solution dans ma start-up précédente & tout est plus simple & efficace ici. (en bonus, l'équipe est réactive et nous a accompagné pour rendre le support + performant)
