The customer service is excellent! They have always responded within a few minutes and they’ve always been able any problems right away the same day. (And admittedly all of the problems I have had have all been my own due to user error!) haha!

I highly recommend this app, and just know that if you ever need any support, they are just an email away! P

Got stuck for a few hours with a problem I didn't know how to solve, I contacted their customer service (Leo) and in less than a minute everything fixed! amazing App and amazing service

I've tried out several appointment booking apps, and I like this one the most. Easy to use, good user interface, and has Zoom and Google Calendar integrations. And the customer service is great! I've gotten in touch with them multiple times and they are always able to help me with my concerns.

Been using Shopify for over 5 years now. Best support team that I have seen on the Shopify App Store. All my questions some dumb ones and some hard ones got answered really quickly. 10/10 reccomend

We used an another for a long time before and suffered serious losses due to it crashing many times. We're so glad I switched to Propel because they have a great support team and are quick to resolve even the smallest issues. We feel safe here!
