Appointment Booking App Propel

We've been running this app for well over a year, it's been reliable and fills our needs. We recently had an issue with someone not being able to make a booking, and within 10 minutes support had looked into it for us and suggested that we check our Google Calendar - sure enough, someone had placed a block on Google which we didn't want. Good customer service, good app. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this app because it’s easy to navigate and setup! I do wish there was an option for my clients to book more than one appointment at once but hopefully they are working diligently to integrate that feature. This is something my clients have requested to make their booking experience easier. The app staff are definitely customer service friendly and helpful and I appreciate that so much!

Great app, even better customer service! I was unsure how to set this up with it being a new app to me, and the live customer service was fantastic. From the beginning they helped me set things up exactly as I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. Any queries are answered super quickly, and I was kept informed at every stage. The is the only booking app I found that had as many options as we needed, the app allows you to do a lot more than other booking apps I've found. I would highly recommend.

This app has been a game changer for my small one man business, as it takes away the need to constantly answer calls and messages and allows me to get on with my business. I receive an email when an appointment is booked which can go directly into my calendar at a touch of a button.

LOVE the app- we use it for quick scheduling for our catering business. I've used all types of apps and this one has been the most easiest!

There are a few limitations, but honestly for the price the value is excellent. The tech support has always been super quick to respond to any of my questions + requests.

We tried several apps thinking they would be better suited. Propel is by far the best booking app. Easy functionality. Absolutely excellent customer service every time!!!

The Propel Appointments Booking app is fantastic - a big time saver and clients report loving the ease for booking.

I love the amazing support they provide. They are fast and comprehensive when I'v had any issues, which have been only twice because the set up was very easy and intuitive to follow.

I love the look of this app and that so many features are customizable on pro. Also the mobile first design is a huge plus! The team has been very prompt in resolving my issues as well.

I have tried multiple apps and so far this has been the only one that actually provides everything I need for my clients to book and keep my calendars organized. Do recommend.
