I have found this app relatively easy to use, and have been very impressed with the quick and personal customer service from Leo. I’ve had a few issues quickly changing my store hours to adjust for my schedule. And Leo has quickly been able to access my shop (with permission of course) and quickly fix any issue I am having. I decided to upgrade to the $15/month plan so that my clients could receive text appointment confirmations. Any frustration I have had with not quickly figuring out an issue with Propel has been quickly relieved by the FAST, courteous and professional customer service from the Propel team! I also have found it to look very nice and professional. It seamlessly incorporates with my Shopify site. A+++ Erica

This app has literally made my life so much easier. It works seamlessly and is very flexible. The team has also been great for support. I needed a custom change made and the Propel team got on it and made it within hours. I tried several other scheduling apps and they were very clunky to operate and did not have a good user interface like Propel. It is nice to know that my customers have an easy time making appointments and I don’t have to worry about how it works.

I ♡ how easily this app integrates with my site. When I was having issues with a new theme that was added to the site, Tom from the support chat helped me so fast that I thought I just did not give the system enough time to update. If you have a service-based business and need to set appointments I definitely recommend Propel!

Great app, even better customer service! I was unsure how to set this up with it being a new app to me, and the live customer service was fantastic. Joe helped me set things up exactly as I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. The is the only booking app I found that had as many options as we needed, the app allows you to do a lot more than other booking apps I've found. I would highly recommend.

The customer service team is the best! I was having issues getting the “book now” button to work (user issue) but not only did Tom fix all issues, he fixed them in under 15 minutes including wait time! This app is also super user friendly! I’m incredibly happy and recommend any service provider to use them!

I needed an app that would let me book workshops & events for my brick & mortar. I didn't want to use something like eventbrite because I wanted to drive traffic to my website and make it seamless. I tried a few other apps but they were not as easy as this one to figure out with out having to be too computer savvy & it does exactly what I want it to do.

Leo is a great help, I'm yet to use the app but with the set up and behind the scenes, Leo has made it very easy to understand. Just one thing that could be added, is a cancellation feature for salons that stops clients from cancelling last minute. Ill re review once I've started using the app

The feature wasn't showing up on our theme, Vantage 2.0. If that happens, don't give up and uninstall, as I was tempted to do. Use the chat and ask for help. Tom was able to fix the issue for us on his end within 5 minutes! We've finally found an appointment booking app we can easily integrate into our site.
