Finally a good partner for my store. Tried this before and got stuck at getting the right products but Appscenic sorted all those business difficulties. I was able to find very good products with very good pricing, have them sync automatically, their subscription pricing is VERY decent and they provided me a 50$ credit for my first order too. Very very happy!
As a new business, everything has been great so far in terms of customer service and knowledgable, efficient, responses.
A lot of lighting items I have selected for my business have been out of stock for weeks, but it may just be the supplier.
I didn't see too many high end furniture selections for my specific curation, as most have been overly used in companies like Wayfair / AllModern, World Market, Amazon, etc. It would also be great to have a filter to select different styles such as contemporary vs. traditional. A lot of the same items seem to reload on each page when you continue to search.

New user. Very good app. Easy to use. Great support they always respond quickly to answer your questions. Have not sold anything yet but will have to do a draft sale to see how the logistics side is. The only thing that could improve is some of the vendors prices could be lower. It's a good app if you don't have a lot of time to find products that ship within the USA. I wish I found this app sooner in my drop shipping endeavor.

This app helps to streamline the dropshipping process. When we discovered a problem with a supplier invoice we used the chat where we instantly chatted with a real person. They took the time to understand the issue, asked a member of their team when the query was out of their area of knowledge and they came back very quickly with a solid answer. They also admitted that there had been a mistake on their end and didn't try to cover up or pass it off. They just got on with fixing it. Really appreciate a company that can work professionally like this. We all make mistakes sometimes and it's what you do afterwards that counts.

I spent so much time and effort on AppScenic, sourcing products, adding them to my store, re-writing the descriptions, and doing market research. I decided that I would be fine with getting 0% discount to start (as their premium plan provides a better discount), and downgraded to their free plan. After 1 month of doing all of this work however, AppScenic just deleted all of my products from my store. I had an entire campaign ready to go including influencers, email campaigns, social promo (as I already have a community), but all of the products are just completely gone.
I reached out to customer service and their resolution to get my products back is to pay an extra $47 and redo all of the product descriptions. If they had provided some other solution or cared at all, I may have considered redoing all of the work.
During this process, I did some digging and found their premium products on other apps for free as well.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, but as our customer support already informed you, you can not have products pushed to the store with a free account or process any orders.
So once you canceled your subscription and downgraded your account to the free plan, you also agreed to delete the products from your store.
When you click on the Cancel button, there is a big popup that opens, and you are asked to confirm one more time that by canceling the subscription, all products from our platform will be removed from your store.
It's stated very clearly on our pricing and subscription page that with the free account, you can't push products to your store.
Also, I'm afraid that once the products are deleted from your store, there is no way to recover their custom descriptions, titles, or reviews, as we do not have access to that data anymore.
You should have edited the products in our platform to be able to push them back to the store and restore their descriptions.
So, again, we are very sorry for this situation, and it's very sad that you can not recover your custom descriptions, but I'm afraid it's out of our control now.

I used AppScenic for a month or two before purchasing their plan, I have been impressed with their communication and the easy user interface on their website. It makes for running my business smooth and stress free. I have recommend to my friends due to their vast amount of products in the UK
Very very close to 5 stars. I'm new to this whole game but think I have finally mastered it...
Just a couple things:
1 - Need more colors...everything is gray, gray, gray (my store is home decor)
2 - Need more kid and pet things ($50 and up)
3 - Need more kitchen gadgets ($50 and up)
4 - Need a way to define searches. Not a prude but not interested in seeing all the adult toys :(
5 - I spend a lot of time editing descriptions and the have been quite a few times where I went back in and it was back to the original form. I always save but now I'm finding that I have to refresh each time to be sure it stays.

I have only had a few orders but everything is working fine. There is a large amount of high-quality Europeans suppliers which is great for dropshippers located in the EU. Some delivery times on the site are not very accurate but that is most likely the fault of the supplier, not AppScenic's. Overall a great alternative to US or Asian suppliers!
I love this App. This is my only supplier of the home decor section of my store. While some of the items are a bit expensive, the quality offered is excellent. Navigating the app is super easy and I love the notifications I get when new Suppliers are onboard. I would strongly recommend AppScenic for all your home décor needs among other things. FYI i bought myself a side table from them and its such an accent piece for my living space. #loveit
