Appstle has great products. The customer support is always helpful and fast.

I asked customer support if they had a certain feature other bundle & upsell apps don't have and at the time they didn't either but in less than a week the feature was added and we were able to use it.

All around Appstle has been great!

Probably the best bundle app in the market.
Not only it does everything we need (quantity, Buy X, Get Y, ...).
But most importantly (and that was a key decision for me) the support is amazing and super fast.
If you need help, you have the chat widget. I thought it was again "hey, we have your ticket and we get back to you when we have time". But actually 1 or 2 minutes later I always have a real human chatting with me and helping me solving my issue. They can go up to "relax, we'll do that for you".

So big thumbs up!!!

The customer service from this team is always above and beyond. They respond almost instantly and even do minor customization to make sure it works for your use case. It is honestly so refreshing to work with customer service folks who want you to succeed. It does everything I need on the basic tier too. Highly recommend this product and the team!

Very happy with this bundle app. Appstle are very flexible and easily customizable, plus the support service is fantastic. Shawn helped me out with a very specific volume discount inquiry I had, and it worked so well. Likewise, the Dynamic Pricing Bundle works great, and I love that you can now add them as sections within your already created page (this lets our customers choose their own bundle of tamales by flavors without rigid parameters). I'm trying the other Appstle apps too!

Appstle Bundles has made it much easier for us to organize our meal plans and offer more flexibility to customers. The app is powerful, and whenever we get stuck, the support team is quick to help and always gives useful advice. It’s been a great tool for our business so far.

The onboarding experience was the best I have ever experienced. Although it took some time to get everything how I wanted it, the engineer was incredibly helpful and responsive. It would have likely taken me much longer to try and do it myself. I had no idea anyone offered that level of personalized service on a FREE plan. Helped me with both Bundles and Subscriptions apps in the same support thread and team member. Great to not have to go through it twice with different support people.

Highly recommend this app!! They offer a free tier if you are just starting out. Using the free tier during my soft launch period and will move up tiers once I fully launch and increase my sales. Customer support is top notch with amazing response time!
