Appstle℠ Bundles & Upsells

Surprisingly thorough for a free app! You can build many types of bundles and discounts with very specific rules, which was very helpful for organizing the complex discount structure on my store. Support is very prompt and can help you with customization. My only small disappointment is that you can't change the way that costs are displayed on volume discounts in particular, i.e. if you want to display the cost per unit rather than the total cost of a specific number of items that is not possible with the current app structure.

I recently installed this app on my Shopify store to enable multiple discounts on-site, and so far it has been working perfectly for my needs. I also reached out to their support team through the in-app chat and was connected with an agent named Taylor, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to assist with the issues I had. Overall, great experience — hope this app works well for your requirements too!

Quick and responsive. That app can use some adjusting to make certain features available to do ourselves as customers but they are quick to help in anyway that they can.

There was a bit of confusion at the start with my issue. When I created the dynamic bundles it was automatically applying the discounts to the cart without the customer having to go to a specific bundle page. When I checked on it today that wasn't happening.

Sah at Appstle said it had to be directed to a bundle page, which is odd because it was working without that last week. But Sah jumped back in to help and did some CSS on page for us.

We have only just started using this app, will continue to monitor functionality.

the app itself is good but the support is amazing. Uri is able to solve my problems. i wish they have more functionality though but overall a good app.

Over the last few days I have been implementing a membership for my customer base which I hope to go live with soon. I plan to be offering a percentage off their order plus flash deals and wanting them to stack. From watching YouTube videos to reading help articles and utilising tech support I have nearly gotten these apps to the place where I need them to be. I am going deep on what's required and the technicians have continued to support me for many hours with their help. This is very appreciated. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star is because on some occasions I didn't receive a response within their 2 minutes claimed waiting time plus there's a few design flaws from their features which has meant I've needed to find workarounds. However at no upfront cost this has allowed me to get something going which I wasn't sure I could pull off. Their support has allowed me to persevere and I now know if there's any issues going forwards they are there to help me. Thanks!

The app is very comprehensive but challenging to embark on. Adrian took over the previous agent as I've been on the site for almost 12 hours. He managed to fix all my problems at one go and I am very appreciative of it. Otherwise, flexibility of the app is pretty solid, offers the solution i needed.

As we were implementing a 'frequently bought together' widget on our product pages, we needed some custom changes to make it work for our store. Sah was great to work with and was able to implement about half of our requests. Only leaving 4 stars because they weren't able to implement all of our requested changes, and so we're left with some remaining work that we need to seek outside custom development for. But overall as an experience, Sah was nice to work with and as helpful as they could be.
