Shoppers start returns and exchanges on your store. You approve, receive and refund from your admin.
Shoppers open a returns page on your store, find their order with the order number and email, pick items and a reason, add photos, and choose a refund, store credit or an exchange. Your rules (return window, final-sale tags, an optional refund deduction, return shipping) decide what is allowed. You approve each request or let eligible ones approve themselves. Returns are created in Shopify, items go back into stock, and refunds are issued through Shopify. Customers get emails in six languages.
- Returns page on your store: order number + email, items, reasons and photos
- Rules: window up to 60 days, final-sale tags, optional deduction from the refund
- Approve each request, or auto-approve those that meet your rules
- Exchange for another variant of the same product; any difference is refunded
- Refund to the original payment, or store credit as a gift card
