Our merchants found points based loyalty and rewards programs didn't work for them or was too confusing for their customers. So we took a more traditional approach of using stamp cards digitally. Extremely responsive and adaptive to our shop needs, and helped guide us through the process of activation even before paying for the full plan. We appreciated all their help and ease of communication via e-mail.

最大の決め手は、バーチャルのスタンプカード機能が実装されている点でした。スタンプカードはお客様にとって直感的で分かりやすく、小規模店舗でも無理なく運用できる仕組みだと感じています。実店舗の感覚をそのままオンラインに再現できるのは大きな魅力です。
スタンプカードのデザインはカスタマイズできるので、オンラインストアのデザインに自然に溶け込む形でスタンプカードを表示できる点も、とても気に入っています。既存のブランドイメージを損なうことなく導入できました。
また、お客様は交換ボタンをクリックするだけで特典を利用でき、コードをコピーして入力する手間がありません。そのまま決済画面に自動で反映されるため、購入体験が非常にスムーズです。
操作が直感的で分かりやすく、店舗側・お客様双方にとってストレスの少ない設計だと感じています。
サポート体制も非常に安心感があります。このページの「サポートに連絡する」ボタンから問い合わせをしたところ、丁寧かつ的確な回答をいただき、スムーズに導入を進めることができました。日本語のヘルプページの整備も進んでいる印象で、今後さらに使いやすくなっていくことを期待しています。
小規模事業者にも導入しやすい、実用性の高いアプリだと思います。
I must commend Luke, their founder, for personally assisting me with my requests for additional features to be added on the app. The support team has been very accommodating and very quick to deploy their new updates.
The app is very easy to use and navigate. We carefully vetted the available loyalty stamp apps on the shopify store and this is perhaps the best one there is - great backend & frontend UI with great customer app support.
