facing an issue with the app that caused a sold our product to be sold (& no i didn’t have it set up to continue selling when out of stock) scheduled a meeting, nobody showed up. reached out via chat and text and nothing. issue still unresolved.

UPDATE: issue was resolved a few days later. company apologized for the day and was willing to assist me.

The App looks Great, I'm not that great with uploading but James from Ark did it for me and showed me how easy it was to set up and use. I would like to say Thanks again James. Felix
