Low to no maintenace with Ark so far. I'm not super techy and had no trouble with installing this app. Helps that the chat support is always there even if I have simple questions.

Very good customer support

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase their store's average order value. It helped to increase our AOV by a significant amount, around 13-16%. It's also very user-friendly and has quite possibly the best customer service support team. Just a great app all around!

This app is exactly what I was looking for and can't believe it is completely free!!. I ran into some minor issues/questions and despite it is a Free app, James support was outstanding!, he was extremely helpful and responsive!
Looking forward to see how my conversion rate improves now that is up and running :)
