Running a store in the GCC means compliance requirements are different from what most US-built Shopify apps assume. That’s honestly why Arqam360 stood out to me.
The app feels like it was built by people who actually understand PDPL and how Saudi businesses operate instead of treating the region as an afterthought. Arabic support was already handled, setup was quick, and the consent banner matched our store branding without needing custom development.
I also appreciate that support responses felt personal rather than automated. We had one question about cookie classification after installing a new marketing app and got clarification from the team pretty quickly.
Would recommend it to merchants selling in Saudi Arabia who want something more region-specific than the usual GDPR-focused options.
Installed Arqam360 on our store earlier this month and the setup was honestly straightforward. OAuth install, picked the banner colors to match our Dawn theme, published in under 10 minutes.
Big plus for us was the Arabic support already being there. Most cookie apps we tested needed manual translation work first. This one was usable immediately for our Arabic-speaking customers.
