Great quality and turnaround time.
i have used arts add for years, i have not had any problems. the shipping is on point. the quality of products is above and beyond. most items pricing is fair. only wish offered more up to date fashion bags offered
My experience over the last 4 years with ArtsAdd has been mostly positive. I like that they assign you a customer service person, who you can email if there are issues. They are usually very responsive. The only thing that I find that they are lacking on is when items are lost in transit, which is rarely, they are slower to refund and ask you to wait weeks for a full refund. Quality has been consistent. I wish their packaging was a bit better because items sometimes arrived with dents from being shipped in plastic bags with no reinforcement.
ArtsAdd has been a great company servicing our business needs. The fulfillment times and product quality are good. We recommend using them, especially for their bags!

My experience with Artsadd has been excellent. Their customer service provides prompt responses and they resolve problems fairly. I love their products. My only concern is they discontinued their high heels years back.
Excellent, I have utilized this company for 6 years. They create professional products with vibrant colors. Plus the extensive catalog make it a favorable option.
Really great quality products, unique with high value--they are working with good vendors and making it pretty easy to have an absolutely massive selection at good prices with reasonable shipping. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because there's a learning curve to the UX; not very intuitive, but once you get the quirks, it's worth it.

It has been the best POD partner so far. But it has been having multiple issues lately, with orders placed in Shopify not being transferred to my ArtsAdd account and showing as 'Fulfilled' when they have not even been processed.
My requests for help have been ignored so far.
