The pricing table is misleading. I upgraded specifically to get the 15 data sources listed against the plan. That is not what you get. The 15 is a combined total that is split across source types - roughly 2 to 3 of one type and 2 to 3 of another - not 15 sources you can actually use to build the knowledge base. Nothing on the pricing page explains this, and there is no way to see the split until after you have paid.

When I raised it with support they knew the problem straight away, which tells me I am not the first to hit it, and the answer was "sorry, no refunds". Knowing the pricing is being read the wrong way and still refusing to refund the customer it caught out is the part I take issue with.

Tip for new users - do not trust the pricing table. Before you upgrade, ask support in writing exactly how many sources of each type your plan includes.

The support and set-up service provided by Sowmiya and the team has been second to none. We now have a well functioning chatbot that is helping us convert browsers into buyers on our website. Very happy!

Like any app, it require some tweaks, the dashboard needs a bit of a UI uplift - perhaps an onboarding tour (a few settings were tricky to find at first), but the support is so fast it didn't matter. Definitely give it a go!
