$69 to download my 3900 images is egregious. This app is WAY overpriced. This should be free. Heck, I'd pay a LOW one-time fee to download all my images. But $69? For what? What is my $69 actually paying for? Rip off.
Hello, thank you for the review. To be honest, I was very surprised when I read your comment. Of course, you have the right to not like the price of a product, but thinking that it should be free and giving 1 star because you think so really surprised me.
Since we have expenses related to the application such as employee salaries, technical expenses, advertising and 3rd party application fees, we have to charge a fee depending on the number of images. And unfortunately we cannot offer it for free. If we offer it for free, we will not be able to respond to these comments and, more importantly, support requests on the weekend.
I claim that we have one of the fastest support teams in the Shopify ecosystem, and unfortunately this is not a service that can be provided for free. Thank you very much for the review again, please let us know if you need anything from our side, we'd be happy to help.
