I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I've been using the Tipo auction app for around 2 years, and they haven't made a single noticeable update or implemented any requests I've made, while Brendan was super responsive and helpful, and customized several things I requested. US Based support vs Vietnam based with a 12 hour difference is also invaluable.

The app is also very thought out, and has a lot of time saving features for being around less than a year. I'm told they have a collection page bidding widget coming, which our customers really missed when we tried out Auction Plus. I can't wait till they have it ready so I can start using this app again.

I tried several other auction apps for Shopify before finding Auction Plus. They were all missing a key feature that Auction Plus gets right - the ability to combine multiple auctions wins AND regular fixed price items into one normal shopping cart and order. The email notifications from Auction Plus have been quicker and more reliable than the other auction apps I tried, and customer support from Brendan has been great! I was looking for some small tweaks and he was able to do them or tell me how to do them, all with clear explanations and fast replies. I am really looking forward to building up the auction side of my business with Auction Plus.

So far so good. Install process went smooth and painless. I was able to set up an future auction and had a question. Their Chat Support was on the ball and answered my question in about 30 seconds after contact. I will update my review after completing a couple of auctions next month but so far the ease of setup, ease of use, and the super fast support response are great signs. Thanks!

EDIT: I have completed a couple of auctions and they went flawlessly.
