I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I've been using the Tipo auction app for around 2 years, and they haven't made a single noticeable update or implemented any requests I've made, while Brendan was super responsive and helpful, and customized several things I requested. Good so far, it provides the basic functionalities with no extra cost. Customer service is super helpful.
