I installed this primarily to cut down on support tickets, which it does perfectly. But I'm noticing it's actually helping with conversion too. It answers product questions fast enough that customers don't leave the page to compare prices.
Unlike other bots that annoy customers the second they land on the site, this one feels very "polite" and accurate. It’s like having a 24/7 sales associate in the store.
Selling handmade beaded jewelry is tricky because every customer asks about wrist sizing or "stone meanings" (e.g., which one is for anxiety?). I was worried an AI would just give generic answers.
