This is an excellent AI chat application that has saved our customer support team a tremendous amount of time. We are an electronics company with a relatively small number of products, but each product has many features. We organized these features into a knowledge base and summarized common user questions. After importing the knowledge base into the AuraConnect backend, the system is able to answer about 95% of customer inquiries accurately. It also supports pulling information directly from our website, which is extremely helpful. Occasionally we update content but forget to sync it to the knowledge base, and the system is still able to capture those updates automatically, which is very impressive.
Another powerful feature is its ability to analyze user feedback and reflect real product needs, while also providing intelligent product guidance, which has significantly improved our conversion rate.
Lastly, I would like to give special thanks to the support staff member Gatsby, who provided a lot of patient and helpful assistance during our setup and operation process. I would give her five stars alone.
I will definitely recommend auraconnect to my friends. It is extremely useful.
I installed this primarily to cut down on support tickets, which it does perfectly. But I'm noticing it's actually helping with conversion too. It answers product questions fast enough that customers don't leave the page to compare prices.
Unlike other bots that annoy customers the second they land on the site, this one feels very "polite" and accurate. It’s like having a 24/7 sales associate in the store.
Selling handmade beaded jewelry is tricky because every customer asks about wrist sizing or "stone meanings" (e.g., which one is for anxiety?). I was worried an AI would just give generic answers.
But Aura is surprisingly smart. It actually understands the difference between my 8mm and 10mm beads. When a customer was looking for a "calming" gift, it accurately recommended our Amethyst series instead of random items.
The best part? It suggests matching spacer beads or stacking bracelets to go with the main purchase. My AOV has noticeably increased because the AI knows how to style a set. It’s like having a 24/7 styling assistant.
