We sell automotive films — window tint, vinyl wrap, paint protection — across dozens of vehicle types and specifications. The problem was always the same: customers would browse for a while, get overwhelmed by the options, and leave without buying. AuraConnect changed that. The AI proactively asks about their vehicle type and use case, then narrows down the recommendation for them. It's like having a knowledgeable sales rep available 24/7. Our inbound support inquiries dropped noticeably, and conversions improved. Highly recommend for any store with a complex product catalog that requires some guidance before purchase.
This is an excellent AI chat application that has saved our customer support team a tremendous amount of time. We are an electronics company with a relatively small number of products, but each product has many features. We organized these features into a knowledge base and summarized common user questions. After importing the knowledge base into the AuraConnect backend, the system is able to answer about 95% of customer inquiries accurately. It also supports pulling information directly from our website, which is extremely helpful. Occasionally we update content but forget to sync it to the knowledge base, and the system is still able to capture those updates automatically, which is very impressive.
Another powerful feature is its ability to analyze user feedback and reflect real product needs, while also providing intelligent product guidance, which has significantly improved our conversion rate.
Lastly, I would like to give special thanks to the support staff member Gatsby, who provided a lot of patient and helpful assistance during our setup and operation process. I would give her five stars alone.
