One thing I really like about Aurevia is how simple and clear the interface is. Everything is well organized, so it didn’t take long to understand how to set things up and make adjustments. The dashboard is clean, and the features are easy to find without confusion. Even without much technical experience, I was able to get it running and customize it to fit my store. It makes managing the AI and tracking conversations very straightforward.

One thing I noticed is that it suggests related products naturally during conversations. We’ve had a few orders with extra items added, which is a nice bonus. Aurevia help increasing order value.
