Working great for several months till one day it just stopped working.
"This site can’t be reached
shipping.app.shopify.atomdot.com’s server IP address could not be found."
Sent them an urgent email about the issue - no response.
Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Same error message: "This site can’t be reached..."
