Fantastic app and really easy to get started with. Everything from the installation to the setup was simple, and we were recovering abandoned carts within a few minutes. We love the conversational approach rather than relying on standard reminder emails. It feels like a much smarter way to reconnect with customers, answer their questions, and help them complete their purchase. Great app and would definitely recommend it to all stores.
