Jenson was very attentive with my issue. I still would rather personally speak with someone in tech support but my issue is being addressed.

We use this app for our subscription products. There was some trouble with the incorrect plans being listed and we couldn't remove them. We contacted help support and it took a little time but the issue got sorted out within a week.

Great, except I wish It would notify me when someone cancels. It is easy to manage i just wish it would make it easier to tell who has cancelled or not. Keep it in order.

I used this app to sell a monthly content product. The app settings are a bit daunting, but I had great customer support via email and zoom to get the app settings explained and set correctly.
