Communication when you have a problem is very slow. Controls are not intuitive. Would not cancel plan or let me know how until I was billed another month for an app even though I had all use disabled. I sent 4 messagess asking to have app cancelled. Was contacted and told I have to do it through Shopify as soon as monthly payment cleared. I would not recommend. Unless you are monitoring closely there is no clear way to see how many credits you use per month which makes chosing the right plan very akward credits do not roll over so if you are not able to monitor what you use monthly you are very likely paying for unsed credits. Reduction in functionality with no reduction in price etc. Second review in 6 years may just be that there were not enough users to offer proper support.

One of the greatest app I have ever used. It is so helpful for growing your audience.
