As far as compliance goes, there isn't an app better, we had to customize the widget a bit to fit our needs but it functions great.
Customer support was kind and helpful, Judy was great. We had to go back and forth with them a bit and try a different app for a little. But ultimately went with Avada, they really fought for our business.

The banner reopening behavior is a built-in feature designed to comply with legal requirements, ensuring users actively provide consent before cookies are set. This is a regulatory necessity rather than a pricing limitation, and currently, there is no setting to modify this behavior within the app. However, we can offer a customization solution at no additional cost to achieve your request.
Additionally, the feature that was suggested as an upgrade does NOT actually address your request. This was a misunderstanding from our support team, and we sincerely regret any confusion it may have caused. Judy has acknowledged the mistake and has taken this as a learning experience to improve future guidance.
