So far, it has functioned well and integrates seamlessly into both products and the checkout process, with the ability to be branded. I think it is very affordable too. In our case, we have to sell by box quantity (tile, flooring, etc.), which varies between each product/vendor, so being able to set limits by multiples is really nice. My only complaint is that the filtering capabilities for adding specific products to limit rules are fairly limited, which can make it difficult to find the correct product out of thousands of items in our store. Each limit has a max of 50 products, which is fine- I just had to create another identical limit to fit more products.

We use the Avada Order Limits Quantity app to apply a maximum order quantity to many of the products we sell. The app is to easy to use, and works well.

We did have an initial problem with using the app in a multi-lingual setting, but this was resolved quickly by Lydia and her colleagues.

The team has fixed the issue with special code edits for me....would be 5 star if this was a user controlled function native in the app. Updated to 4 stars. Still missing the customer tag function to allow special rules for customers by tag.

Collection Limit does not work as you might think. The App tries to enforce the limit immediately on any product in the collection. For example if you want to require a min of 3 products from a collection, it hijacks your product page and defaults the add to cart qty to 3. It's OK that the warning exists "you must buy 3 products from this collection to complete checkout" but the App should not immediately try to force the customer to add 3 of the same product to the cart...let the customer build the cart with the products they want, default add to cart should stay at 1. Or a other fix would be to add an option for the default add to cart qty to be a setting in the app, let me choose what to set it at.
Developer wants 1-2 days to consider a fix. I might just try another App as I see some Apps (i.e. Minmaxify Order Limits) also allow settings based on customer tags and cost the same. Very little options in this App

Judy helped answer my questions in a prompt and easy to understand fashion. She also helped to facilitate communication with Raymond, one of Avada's technicians.

When we had questions later, their support staff, including Kevin and Christian, were very helpful.

I found the app quite easy to follow once I used the step by step instructions. I liked that there was someone available straight away to speak to as well, as I did need to ask a few questions. Nim in particular was very helpful and gave good advice.

My only concern about the app is the $9.99 fee for the basic package (one note on the website to advise customers of a minimum spend) seems a little steep.
