I found the app quite easy to follow once I used the step by step instructions. I liked that there was someone available straight away to speak to as well, as I did need to ask a few questions. Nim in particular was very helpful and gave good advice.

We use the Avada Order Limits Quantity app to apply a maximum order quantity to many of the products we sell. The app is to easy to use, and works well.
We did have an initial problem with using the app in a multi-lingual setting, but this was resolved quickly by Lydia and her colleagues.
Judy helped answer my questions in a prompt and easy to understand fashion. She also helped to facilitate communication with Raymond, one of Avada's technicians.
When we had questions later, their support staff, including Kevin and Christian, were very helpful.
Just starting using this app, but so far it is working nicely. Had some questions about a feature I expected but couldn't find. Pamela from the chat based tech support answered them quickly and concisely. That is a godsend.
