We’ve been using all modules of AXENTRA at Kylor, and it’s honestly made things much simpler for us. Earlier, we were juggling at least 5–6 apps—now everything sits in one place, from accounts and loyalty to order actions. We’ve been using AXENTRA AI on our store for a while now—mainly for OTP login, social login, and the custom account page with order self-serve features.

The login experience is honestly much smoother now. OTP and social sign-ins have reduced a lot of friction, especially for returning customers. We’ve seen fewer drop-offs there compared to earlier.

The biggest difference, though, is the account page. Customers can track orders, reorder, and manage things on their own without reaching out to support. That alone has cut down a good amount of back-and-forth for our team.

Setup was straightforward, and the team was helpful whenever we needed anything tweaked.
