日本の卸売では、注文ごとではなく、20日締め・月末締めなど取引先ごとの締め日で1か月分をまとめた合計請求書を発行します。Shopify の B2B 機能は支払条件を扱えますが合計請求書は作れないため、注文を書き出して手作業で集計している事業者が少なくありません。 本アプリは Shopify の Company と注文を取り込み、締め日ごとに未請求の注文を自動でまとめて、適格請求書の記載事項に沿った合計請求書を発行します。税率別の内訳と消費税の端数処理、前月からの繰越にも対応します。発行した請求書は PDF・印刷・CSV で出力し、取引先へメールで送付できます。 入金は請求書に消し込み、売掛残高・支払期日の超過・与信限度額の超過を一覧で把握できます。 本アプリは決済や送金は行いません。掛けの取引条件は Shopify B2B で設定した内容に従い、本アプリは請求書の発行、入金の記録と売掛金の管理を行います。資金の貸付や売掛債権の買取も行いません。
