We had several technical/function questions and booked a free call. Michael, our tech, was amazing! He patiently walked me through the steps and went through all the questions on our list until everything was solved. We are up and running, fantastic customer service!

Great app and great support. There were a couple of small issues with implementing the app on our store, but the support team was able to identify the issues quickly and Michael was able to fix them within hours.

Overall very happy with the system and it's exactly what I need for price and function. It's very easy to use and intuitive. This is a newer system and took more time, but support was very responsive and make fixes practically in real time. I'm confident that'll be worked out and that it's overall a solid system.

I like that it support CSV uploads and variants, and allows you to combine wholesale pricing and bulk discounts. It also didn't require a separate theme integration setup (at least on my theme) like many other systems do, which can delay setup a day.
