We’ve been using the Back in Stock, Notify Me Duck app, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The app itself works seamlessly, helping us notify our customers about restocks and improving our sales. It’s reasonably priced and delivers great value for money.
What really sets it apart is the exceptional support team. They went above and beyond to assist us, even on a Saturday! Their dedication and quick responses have been truly impressive.

The team are so lovely, helpful and accomodating. They don't currently have weekly automatic stat updates but have told me they now plan to add this.

We recently installed the app and are still testing it. If the service is not accepted by our customers, then it is certainly not due to the app: it is super easy to set up and the support team did do what we couldn't do ourselves in no time at all.
