Rural buyers see your rural rate, urban buyers your standard rate; the other is hidden. It reads a numbered RD route off the address line, otherwise checks the postcode against 711 NZ rural delivery postcodes. You enter the prices. Backblock supplies, calculates and prefills nothing. Carts over 25 kg do what you choose: blocked, or a flat rate you set. New Zealand only.
