MS Barcode Labels & Generator

Really happy with this app for printing barcodes for our independent gift shop. We use it to generate barcodes for products that don't already have it and print all our barcodes through it. The customer service has also been really good - thanks to Ivy who helped me most recently. Really recommend.

I tried to get this product to work and tried to get the chat support to answer but nothing happened. then I was instructed to buy the yearly subscription which I stupidly did. I cannot use this product. It did not save a label file that I spent hours working on. I want a refund please. I cannot use this app.

I’m extremely happy with this product. It works brilliantly, and the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. After trying many different auto-gen SKU/Barcode apps, this is the one that stood out best for SKU generation flexibility, and the online support was great too. Recommended!

I had trouble with my printer settings, and Monica remotely fixed the problem for me and made sure I was able to successfully complete the tasks on my own. Her help was greatly appreciated and made it super easy for me to use this app to print barcodes for my boutique. Highly recommend!!

I installed this app, but had a small problem getting it quite right. Connected to MS Barcode by chat line with Li who spent a lot of time to fix. Connected to my computer to fix the settings and the app works exactly how I expected it to.
I have found it hard to get help with most Shopify apps

Customer support (Lucy and Ivy ) were great. Only available during business hours and of course I needed them late at night and on weekends

the customer service is awesome, in just 2 min they help us and answer all the questions

Love using this app to print out my barcodes for my products. Works really easily and customer support is always ready to help. Definitely will be using this long term.

Was really impressed with how versatile the app is, as my requirements were not able to be achieved with a few of the other apps I tried previously, as well as their customer service is amazing.
