MS Barcode Labels & Generator

Features are lacking for this app, and modifications can take up to 2 months, this is not viable. Wished we would have started our system with another app, now we're kind of stuck with them.

The app works as intended for our jewellery rat tail barcodes. The support was excellent, especially support team member Ivy, who took great personal care from installation through to rollout. Every detail was assisted with and implemented for us. Thank you.

I was having a TIME setting up a scanner and printer to use for a retail shop. After testing a few apps, I quickly stuck with MS Barcode Labels & Generator as it was so easy to use AND the customer support has been phenomenal. Ivy has helped me many steps of the way. After being very ready to give up due to some printer issues, Ivy managed to find a solution so quickly- I was blown away. This has been the best customer experience I've had with literally any app or software, I can't thank the team and Ivy enough. Now the store can finally live in the 21st century!

This app is excellent for creating barcodes, SKUs, and printing labels. It’s easy to use and works very well. The customer service is outstanding — fast, helpful, and professional!

I would give them a 10 if I could ,Jay made a template on the spot for me to work with and when I went to print the barcodes they didn't line up , so I messaged back and I got Ivy who so was also very patient and after a couple test prints and re adjustments my labels print perfectly

This app is super easy to use. It looks like an app built by Shopify. I had an issue with a few codes (ended up being my fault) but the support received (thank you, Ivy) was immaculate. I would have appreciated a faster response (took a few hours for a response) but what do you expect from a small team. Their live chat does say responses may take a few hours. Overall, the experience is great. The app is easy to use, and the support is perfect. Highly Recommend

This is absolutely the easiest app I have ever used and their customer service is prompt and definitely 5+ stars. When they discovered the issue it was a simple error I had made, but they were so gracious about it. If you are searching for a label app, I highly recommend you select MS Barcode and label generator!

The support at MS Barcode Labels has been phenomenal. They have always helped with any questions big or small and resolved any issues quickly. Ivy even created a custom template for us.

After you use it for awhile, this app is actually very straight forward and easy to understand. But if you're someone like me who's never set-up a barcode system AND is trying to get labels to print correctly it can be a little nerve-racking. However, if I can do it anyone can! Also, I want to give a big shout-out to Ivy who patiently worked with me to get the app, my Zebra printer and Mac all working correctly together - she's a star!
