Features are lacking for this app, and modifications can take up to 2 months, this is not viable. Wished we would have started our system with another app, now we're kind of stuck with them.
The app works as intended for our jewellery rat tail barcodes. The support was excellent, especially support team member Ivy, who took great personal care from installation through to rollout. Every detail was assisted with and implemented for us. Thank you.
I was having a TIME setting up a scanner and printer to use for a retail shop. After being very ready to give up due to some printer issues, Ivy managed to find a solution so quickly- I was blown away.
