Give every production run a batch number and expiry date. Trace any order back to its batch.

Batchready is for merchants who produce in runs rather than per order: food, cosmetics, candles, soap, coffee and spices. Creating a batch gives it a batch number, a best-before date, and deducts the material it consumed from your stock. Link the orders you packed from it and the batch number is added to the order in Shopify. If a batch has a problem, you can see which orders received it and print a recall record. You can also publish a page where customers look up the batch they bought.
