Outstanding customer service! We switched from Klayvio, paying $1200-$1800 per month, and we are now paying less than $500 per month. TargetBay merged everything over from Klayvio, all of our Flows, all of our Segments, our Lists, and even our Templates. The transition was seamless. BayEngage has impressed me in multiple ways. I've used multiple ESP's and BayEngage is by far the easiest to use and the best on the market. It's fairly priced as well. The cherry on top is their support. All of my requests are answered almost instantaneously and any technical changes usually take less than 24 hours.

Switching from Klaviyo to BayEngage was smooth with onboarding help from their team - Danielle was especially helpful and knowledgable! We are seeing better open rates than with Klaviyo using the same mailing lists and the price is cheaper per month.
