Terrible shipping process, it looks like they are not the owner of the Merchandise and need to rely on other suppliers. Processing orders up to 15 days are totally unreasonable, specially when you have to add the shipping timeline to your client. Definitely, if I find another better provider and I will jump and leave this supplier, especially when they are probably doing dropshipping on their ...
