UPDATE:

Never responded or addressed to any support tickets I opened to fix their useless and non-working app, but emailed me immediately to collect payment to renew subscription. Are you joking? Uninstalled and not looking back.

The CED Best Buy Canada Integration app does not function properly. It never has worked 100%. The customer support is there, but most often the support team has to manually submit feeds when I reach out because this app does not work properly. The last time there was an issue (recently), there was no solution provided and the support team did not reply to my email.

The app works okay, but unfortunately the dedicated customer support is not as advertised. They are quick to respond when it's related to taking your payment, but it seems they don't care afterwards. It is not worth the money in my opinion.

The good: Once setup, the app functions as intended. It works well and I have minimal issues as far as I can tell.

The bad: I had to figure out how to use ...

Stay away from this app at any cost. We lost over $2000 using this app. We sell to Canada and we added a % increase to cover up our shipping cost and import duty to ship to Canada, and the app failed to update the price costing us so much money. Stay away from this! Very dangerous. Support is very poor.

Very frustrating experience. No one responds to the chat button within the app, and when you create support tickets they just give generic templated replies and then close the tickets.

The app does not seem to be able to sync variants within Shopify with variants in Marketplace, and will overwrite all the manual issues you fix within marketplace every time you upload/sync a product. The images ...

We tried using this app, unfortunately so many bugs and issues. The support team is there to help - unfortunately, they are not fixing these issues or bugs which is known. I requested to have a meeting with the team to discuss these ongoing issues and no go. The list of issues is so great, that it wasted our time trying to list on BestBuy. Too bad!
