Didn't expect this feature honestly. Most apps don't do anything until the carrier picks up — BestTrack let me add my own checkpoints before that. My tracking page actually shows progress the whole way now.
We've launched a new feature called Dropshipping Mode, which is super friendly for merchants who do one-piece dropshipping. Once you turn it on with one click:
1. You can hide custom region names in the tracking.
2. Before the official tracking goes online, merchants can create new logistics node events, like 'packaging in warehouse QC'.
3. You can choose to automatically push these new logistics events to the consumers linked to the orders, reducing their concerns and preventing order cancellations due to long periods without tracking updates.
The free plan is great for a new store. 300 orders a month covers us for now, and setup was simple. : )

Très bonne application, le suivi fonctionne bien et l’interface est propre. Ce serait vraiment parfait si vous pouviez ajouter le **français** pour la page de suivi client et les différents statuts. C’est le seul point qui manque pour que je puisse l’utiliser pleinement sur ma boutique française.
