App: have great integrated widgets, I really love how I can share my socials with the customers, another amazing point is how easily I can add my own script to the thank you page and make it to my preference. Really easy to use.

Customer support: I am really amazed at how fast they resolved my issue and updated the app. I had an issue with the Instagram widget. The videos weren't showing correctly and just in a few hours, they updated the app and fixed the bug. So thank you for the help again, David.
Important to know, if you have a free version I believe it takes time for them to first get back to you, but after you get in the contact it is smooth. For me, the line was less than 48 hours.
Really happy with the app, definitely the app I will be keeping.

If you are looking for a great way to get feedback from your customers without being intrusive this is the way to go! Plus with their social media integrations you can direct customers to your various platforms. I am really pleased with this program. In a sea of paid apps on Shopify it's really great to find a free one that doesn't skimp. Nice work!

The application works well, I used the previous version and this one is packed with goodies. I contacted the developers regarding the privacy policy as I saw that the app can see the customer order data and they resolved my concern very quickly. Best of luck with your projects.

I asked for help and someone turned the thank you page back on with someone else's Facebook and activated the Instagram without my account and nothing has been resolved. After reading all the reviews I thought I would get better support than this. The app and the support failed me and my business.
