Very useful for analyzing returns. We can understand which products are being returned, identify patterns, and drill into the underlying orders.
The AI analytics is a great addition. Instead of manually going through reports, we can ask questions about our data and quickly understand what is happening.
The dashboards are easy to use, but there is a lot of analytics power behind them. We especially like being able to drill down from a high-level metric into the actual data.

Orders Analytics is a great addition to my Shopify store.
