Initially, when I installed the app I had so resovations about it and was not happy at first. I however, reached out to the support team who were so lovely and helpful. They worked with me to get the mobile app to be both usable on Apple and Android. I did have to do some work myself, other than that they did their part of the work.
I have seen both previews of what the app would look like before going live. I now have to get it registered on apple and play store, which does cost a fee (nothig to do with bitbybit) but companies themselves.
Overall, I would recommend this app and the team highly, and I have checked the order processing and it was smooth. My sister in USA tested the sign up and she had no issues.
I await the approval from Play Store. 100% recommendation for my bitbybit team, from someone who is not tecno savy (LOL). ShelloCB.
