Every cash-on-delivery order a customer refuses costs you shipping both ways, packaging, and stock that comes back unsold. Blacklist COD lets you flag the customers who keep doing this. Once a customer is on your list, Cash on Delivery is removed from their checkout automatically, so they must prepay by card or shop elsewhere. It works for guests too, matching people by email and phone, and can tag their orders so your team spots them early. Your list stays private, and you control every rule.
