Blend

Blend has been a game-changer for us, with especially strong and growing roas on ads from our product feeds across Google and Meta in particular. The Team have been hyper-responsive since day one and I am v grateful also for the sophisticated technical inputs and AI-assisted optimisations. Where previously we relied on expensive agencies who made little impact beyond reciting a monthly performance report, we're now able to use that same money towards our advertising, and to spend more again because we're running profitable campaigns.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Joined Blend extremely excited with their salesperson describing their platform as an AI tool more powerful than Metas algorithm. I joined, my old adds went off and sales completely stopped. It was a week of no sales for our store losing thousands in revenue. Their uncaring staff finally notified me AFTER 1 WEEK it wasn't set up correctly.

You have to connect your Shopify store, google analytics ect, for what reason I'm not sure. They say you need a few months to see positive results. My store already has a lot of data and I assumed Blend would leverage that data.

NOT the case, they told me it has to make its own data, so you are almost starting from scratch again when you join blend.

After around 10 days of paying for a monthly subscription to blend, I decided enough is enough and told them I want out, they didnt have to refund for the month but I want no more charges.

I left them and have been doing great back using Meta and Google again (nothing will beat doing your adds directly on those platforms) (you will also get much better results using an agency if you don't know how to run adds.

Today ( 1 month later) I have received a random charge from Blend after they already took my money for the month before. They have cost our store. We deleted the shopify app as soon as we left them.

SHOPIFY - PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY RIPPING SHOPIFY STORE OWNERS OFF. Once the app is deleted there should be no more charges, it is ridiculous that Shopify promotes a company like this in their app store.

Everyone reading this review and considering this company, this app might seem easy and convenient, but your SALES WILL SUFFER.

Look elsewhere guys.

Using this app has enabled me to considerably grow my online business. I received a lot of support when setting everything up and Angel has been great to deal with. Hands down one of the best business decisions I have made.

The team at BlendAI go above and beyond, always willing to jump on a call and answer any question. Also massive help in the back end of things like when ads get rejected etc. After 3 months with Blend, we have seen ROAS of up to x 20 which is awesome for us. Highly recommend if you are a small, medium or even larger business with no in-house ads manager - they have your back!

For once marketing that works within a cost effective framework. We found Blend to be great team and Galina especially helpful and Michael an obvious smart guy who knows what he doing and happy to take on modest budgets and work up rather than risking big investments from the start..They have managed to return ROARS 10x plus consistently and the marketing seem to be going from strength to strength even in our seasonally quieter periods which up to now has been the period we have used their services so really looking forward to the busier end of year using this platform as an integral part of our online marketing .

No tickets required here communication really good either by phone, email or google teams meeting cant recommend higher with our experience so far.

Blend has been an incredible asset to boosting our stores online presence. It has been such a smooth process and the customer support is amazing!

We have been using Blend for nearly three months, we were previously using another automated system and getting very poor ROAS with no support. In the last month Blend has really shown great fruition and is generating a lot of traffic and sales at a very reasonable Cost per Acquisition particularly on Facebook, which I thought had died since iOS14 updates.

Support has been really good with an amazing initial introduction by Dean and we also receive a video each month summarising what is happening with the campaign and pointers to scale from Fiona, to be honest we have not even actioned these pointers yet as we wanted to give it three months. We're looking forward to new growth this year now with the help of Blend.ai

Such a lovely company to work with... Explain everything really well and go over everything in great detail and point out the areas that need improving. They create a very caring relationship towards your business. Very happy with our ROAS over the past month and look forward to a growing relationship in the future with our ads campaign. What an amazing piece of software. It helped us tremendously in building our online presence for our store. If you lack the know how of advertising on-line and don't quite have the budget for an agency, this is definitely a must. One can start with a small budget and still get good returns. We even had to scale back our budget a bit, as there was so much demand for what we were doing.

Galina and her team are great to work with. Very helpful and always willing to make suggestions on suitable content for Ads.
