Super helpful customer service with fast response times.

I’m new to using the app and am slowly getting used to the functionality. I encountered a couple of minor issues after publishing my first blog. One of them was actually about my theme and they helped me with that too. I have to commend the team on their service levels in addressing my enquiries and fixing my social share links. Their responses were fast, thorough and I feel that they went out of their way to help me. A definite 5 stars for customer service levels! It’s a long time since I’ve seen service like this and I’d recommend the app as a result of this. The 4 star review is related to some limitations within the app but as I become more familiar with the integration, I may find workarounds. Thanks Bloggle team!

I'm still on the free trial but everything has been great thus far. I ran into a handle full of questions regarding CSS styling and the team at Bloggle was super quick to respond with quality help. I'm liking the amount of customization and functions that it offers. So far, so good!

Great customer support, I hit them up with an issue & they solved it same day with no drama. From a UX perspective the app is a little clunky to use at first but once you get the hang of it you can produce amazing customised layouts in the same style as your theme. Highly recommend.

Not only does this app help me write the best blog posts that are SEO optimized, their support is fantastic. I just recently had an issue and they responded immediately and helped me fix the issue (it was my fault, not an issue with the app).

The Bloggle platform is fantastic, easy to use and loaded with features.

Support is just as good. Immediate and friendly response, the team is always available to assist and answer questions.

This app is worth the money. I tried other, cheaper blogging apps, but they ranged from just "meh" (Shopify's app) to "cost-me-three-days-trying-to-salvage-my-website-disaster" (naming no names here).
Bloggle is an absolute Dream to work with. That is, it took me a bit to get going with it, but the instructional videos and pages are fabulous and when those aren't enough, the customer support is fast, friendly, and thorough!

Aside from making it easy to arrange text and pictures, the big selling point for me was the step-by-step coaching the app offers in improving my blog's SEO. I've still got quite a way to go, but I absolutely love the item by item check points on where keywords should go, how long descriptions should be, and so forth.

All this to say, if you are not super SEO savvy but improving your website's visibility is a goal, Bloggle could be just the tool you are looking for.

I'm not even 24 hours in, but I want to say how amazingly intuitive and easy it was not only to use this app, but also wanted to comment on the INCREDIBLE amount I learned from the SEO optimization tool. I was blown away by what I didn't know and it was presented so simply, making it easy to find and fix areas of concern. The only thing that was a roadblock for me was when it recommended to provide alt tags for all images and I did for the two that I uploaded, but the recommendation remained unfixed. It was because the blog layout template included other areas where there were image placeholders I hadn't used. Once I removed those, I was fine. But it took me a minute to put it together - basically, it would be nice if the alt tag recommendation guided you to each of the areas that were missing alt tags. But I'm not complaining, this has been a really great experience so far!

The app is very intuitive and user friendly. I especially appreciated their efficient and knowledgeable customer support. Highly recommended!

It has been a game-changer with many amazing features, including templates and saved formats. The support is quick and I love the tutorial you get when you first install the app- it's inspired.

Great app and easy to use, it ads a lot of the features missing in the core shopify blog. Excellent support as well, we have had issues with another app blocking the look and feel of our blogs, but that was fixed fast!

I installed this app and was really disappointed. The tool for it just does not work as advertised and was really clunky. Also, it was hard to get rid of. I tried uploading a blog and it changed all the code to their style and I had to delete it and rebuild from scratch. Lastly, I noticed on my Google Analytics account that the word Bloggle is now showing up as a result. This has nothing to do with my business so I am curious what they are doing in my code. Seems a bit intrusive. I would avoid this app and find another.

The perfect Shopify blogging app and very helpful customer support! Ziel and Jhomar tended to my questions regarding a minor modification to the article template and I'm thrilled with the response times :) Believe me, paying $24.90 per month is well worth it since Bloggle offers a plethora of features compared to the native Shopify blog. I love the scheduling feature which allows users to publish their articles at a scheduled date and time, and rearranging the order of photos, videos, and paragraphs is easy peasy!

I just started with Bloggle (how could I not love the name!) and the customer service is beyond expectation. Ziel is so kind and helpful and, since I am new to this whole thing, that is very welcome. It's just lovely to know that Bloggle has my back!

I have never seen such service. I installed the app in the store. I had misunderstood things, I sent them an email for support. They made every effort to explain everything I asked. Within a day I learned to use the application and then I had all kinds of questions. I got an answer to every question. with an in-depth explanation. with pictures. If needed, they sent me videos that they made especially for our store. Their service does not end only with assistance and solving problems if any, but they surround you with a lot of care. They respond quickly. Understand deeply what they do. I have received service many times, but I have never seen such service. May they continue like this. Too bad I can't give them a 10 star rating. Well done! I highly recommend. Amazing app!!!

I used this app to streamline my blog posts and include products. I really liked it but within a week, my Shopify store speed dropped and posts that I tested with top three organic search rankings dropped off the charts so I had to remove it and strip the code out of each post. I do love the idea though and the customer service response time was fast and professional!

Incredible app with really easy-to-use features to customize blog posts however you need to. Their support is AMAZING, which is definitely hard to come by with third party apps. Would highly, highly recommend Bloggle! 10/10!

If you're serious about content marketing and want a robust easy to use blog then this is the App for you. I installed and uninstalled several before finding it. If you're on a standard theme all the styling is pulled through automatically. The posts publish directly to your Shopify blog. Set up is instant. There is enough flexibility on the page layouts to create most styles you need without complexity. The support is outstanding, my theme wasn't listed but after sending an email it was added straight away and is now in the library. The SEO feature is a big bonus and works really well ensuring my posts are well optimised. Don't be put off by the lower number of reviews than some of the other apps, it's just relatively. It's also sensibly priced and well worth the investment. A big thanks Bloggle and keep up the good work.

La gestion du blog natif de shopify est franchement très laborieux, voir même catastrophique, J'ai utilisé plusieurs applications de création de Blog pour palier à ce problème, je n'étais jamais satisfait à 100%. Bloggle propose une interface propre et claire, l'application est fluide et ne ralenti pas, accompagnement SEO (presque un didacticiel), ou l'on vous prend par la main étape par étape pour atteindre les 100% d'optimisation. Un support réactif (même le dimanche ;) mais faut pas abuser non plus...), avec beaucoup de déférence, et de patience pour personnaliser à son gout. Merci encore !
