These people are a scam, they say your account is prepaid, then charge you for R1000s of rands in fees after the a few months have gone by. They cannot proof that the deliveries have been made, and then the block your account.

Been using the App for a few years now and its been a life saver. literally saves a salary. I have only had brilliant service from them. Couriers can let you down which is understandable. I don't feel this is Uafricas fault and they do assist with getting it sorted out. Fees do work out cheaper than using a courier directly. even if it was more expensive, it would be fine just because of the time I save not having to get quotes and fill in waybills.

The combination of UAfrica and Shopify is super powerful. It really helps with saving costs over the long-term as it teaches you that each courier company has strengths and weaknesses and when to use them for what application. It's genius. The support from UAfrica in particular is reliable and efficient.
